Unfortunately, the more I talk to other equestrians, the more I realize many don't have the right coverages for their homes, possessions, trailers and cars.
I noticed this after I had a thousand dollar saddle stolen in May and found out it could be covered by my renter's policy. After that, I decided to get my insurance license because I wanted to help other people protect themselves as well.
Do you know if your barn, fencing, or arena at home would be covered in a storm? What if your tack is stolen from your boarding barn? Or if your horse trailer is damaged? Did you know your regular auto/home/renters policy can cover these things if written the right way? I can make sure you are appropriately covered, while representing a well known company.
